Your will
Who receives what, who carries it out, and who looks after your children.
We sit down with Singapore families, work out what you actually own, and put your wishes in writing. Your flat, your CPF nomination, your business, your children.

Half to your spouse. The other half is split equally between your children, however many there are.
Where there are no children and no surviving parents, your husband or wife receives the whole estate.
The estate is split equally between your children, in equal shares.
Half to your spouse, half to your surviving parents.
The estate goes to your surviving parents in equal shares.
This applies to non-Muslim estates. A Muslim estate is distributed under faraid, with an Inheritance Certificate from the Syariah Court. We handle that track too, including wasiat.
CPF savings sit outside your estate. They go to whoever you named in your CPF nomination, and a will cannot redirect them. If you never nominated anyone, the money goes to the Public Trustee to be distributed under the intestacy rules instead. Most people we meet have never been told this.
You choose who receives what, who looks after your children, and who carries it all out. We also check the things a will does not cover, so nothing is left hanging.

We answer those three in advance, in writing, while everyone is still around to agree. That is the whole job.

Who decides for you if you lose mental capacity while you are still alive.

Your will does not cover CPF. This is a separate form, and it matters.

One conversation, in person or over a call. What you own, who is in your family, and the part that actually worries you.
Assets, property, CPF and insurance nominations, and the gaps you did not know were there. You see the whole picture on one page.
Drafted by our will writers, reviewed by the lawyers we work with, and signed with the witnesses the law requires. Where capacity could ever be questioned, a doctor assesses it at the time of signing.
Stored properly, and revisited when life changes. A marriage, a birth, a new flat, a business sold.
