We meet families across Singapore, at a time that suits you.
Wills, LPAs, trusts, probate and the nominations most people forget. One firm, one file, from the first conversation to the last signature.

The document that says who receives what, who carries it out, and who raises your children if they are still young. Drafted by our will writers and reviewed by the lawyers we work with before you sign.

An LPA appoints the person who can act for you if you lose mental capacity while you are still alive. It is a separate document from a will, it is registered with the Office of the Public Guardian, and it stops the moment you die. Without one, your family has to apply to court just to pay your bills.

A trust holds assets for someone who should not receive a lump sum outright. A child who is still young. A family member who cannot manage money. A beneficiary you would rather protect from a divorce or a business risk.

When someone has died, the estate cannot be distributed until the courts grant authority. With a will, the executor applies for a Grant of Probate. Without one, the family applies for Letters of Administration, which takes longer and costs more.

The two things people assume their will covers, and it does not. CPF savings pass under the CPF Act to your CPF nominees. Insurance payouts follow the nomination on the policy. We check both, because this is where plans quietly fall apart.

Muslim estates in Singapore are distributed under faraid, through the Administration of Muslim Law Act, with an Inheritance Certificate from the Syariah Court. A wasiat can direct up to one third of the net estate outside the faraid shares. It is a separate track and we handle it properly.
Most people aren’t. Tell us roughly what your family looks like and what you own, and we will tell you what actually needs doing.
